This turn-of-the-century farmhouse, owned by my great-grandparents, is where my husband, Joe, and I tied the knot. We knew we wanted to be married in a place steeped in nostalgia and family history, but without sacrificing the sophistication we always imagined. As a bride-to-be, you might be looking for that same balance of timeless elegance and cozy family touches. And I’m here to tell you that you really can have it all.
I’m Maegan DeCrescenzo, a Southern New England photographer who loves nothing more than striking that balance for her couples and families. With over 15 years of experience in the industry and deep New England roots, I do more than just take photos you’ll cherish forever. I am a source of calm on your wedding day, family portrait organizer, and answer questions you didn’t even know you had. I wrangle feisty kiddos and make choosing wardrobe a breeze. Basically, I’m your faithful guide throughout this photography journey. So, don’t worry about missing a detail or a moment—it’s already on my list.
the northeast to capture weddings or planning a family portrait session, you can find me trying to keep up with my hurricane of a daughter Juniper, rewatching Gilmore Girls for the millionth time, or planning our next trip. We can’t wait to check another country off our bucket list!
I also might be in the backyard feeding our hens, Janeway, Agatha, and Bowie. Yes, we have chickens, and yes, they’re adorable. But whether you’re caring for your sweet rescue pup, your patients, or clients at work, I know that you pour yourself into tending to those around you on the daily. So sit back, fill a glass with some bubbly, and let me take care of you this time by providing the all-inclusive photography experience you deserve.

They make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Maegan is excellent at directing you how to pose to get the best shots, and I'm so thankful for that! The images all look so effortless and natural because of her posing direction, and they really know how to use lighting to your advantage, as well. I'm so happy I found Maegan to take pictures of the most important moments in our life!"
"MAEGAN AND JOE FEEL MORE LIKE FRIENDS AND NOT JUST OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS
For more than a decade, my husband Joe has served as my dedicated second-shooter, camera-gear junkie, and support system. He also plans the most perfect camping trips and knows all the best Star Trek episodes. And he definitely loves iced coffee as much as (if not more than) you do! While the arrival of our daughter altered his role in our business a bit, I hope you have the opportunity to meet him during your wedding or portrait session! And if he’s not around, go ahead and assume he’s at home playing Zelda with Juniper. During his downtime, he’s probably cheering on the Patriots, playing with a new bit of camera gear, or bringing a muffin to Juniper from our favorite local bakery.
You may be wondering what’s behind the name of our boutique wedding and portrait photography business. Fox is my great-grandparents’ last name—yep, the ones who owned the farm where Joe and I got married. And although they never got to meet her, their last name is now our daughter’s middle name.
I was incredibly close with my great-grandparents, Harold and Zelma Fox.
Harold always called Zelma his foxy lady because of her sass, flirtatiousness, and determination. When they met, she was so in love that she chased him across the country (in a totally-romantic-and-not-at-all-creepy way, I promise!).
With their legacy in mind, I wanted my photography business to encapsulate the importance of family and tradition while also invoking the most timeless wedding accessory, the veil!
